This Italian customer, is one start-ups, requested us to customize an electric bike that stood out in the market, encompassing modifications from the frame to the accessories. They need this cargo bike to be distinctive, unique, and functional.

Challenge
What we need to design the frame and align the accessories with the model preferred by the customer, necessitating a high level of detailed cooperation.

Result

The customer was so satisfied with the first sample and got many good feedback from their customers, then placed a full container order during the following two months.

How we did it

Initially We designed the cargo bicycle frame structure based on customer's specifications. After three rounds of modifications, we finalized the frame shape through effective communication with the customer. Subsequently, we customized and manufactured the frame, completing the initial version in 41 days. Following two days of assembly and deployment, we successfully concluded the production of this bespoke product.
